We are delighted to announce that two of the ChangingEmployment Early Stage Researcher's have been successful in securing funding.
ESR6, Radoslaw Polkowski, was successful in running for the graduate fellowship by the Academy of Korean Studies for 2017. Radek's research proposal was ranked amongst the top winning proposals in the cross-disciplinary international competition. The grant will enable him to research migration to South Korea under the auspices of Seoul National University (서울대학교).

ESR8, Mateusz Karolak, won a scholarship and funding for a traineeship in a chosen academic institution within the ETUIDA 4 contest organised by the National Science Centre in Poland. His project was evaluated as third in the country in the panel HS (arts, humanities and social sciences).
