Background
Pedro has a BA in Psychology complemented by a MSc in Social and Organisational Psychology from ISPA-IU of Lisbon After three years of experience as HR professional, Pedro commenced, in September 2012, a MSc in Human Resource Management in the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow. Since September 2013 he started his doctoral studies as the Early Stage Research Fellow in the programme of Marie Curie “ChangingEmployment” at the department of HRM in the University of Strathclyde.

Research Interests
His main research interests lie in the areas of Job Quality, employee Well-Being, particularly taking in to account the Global Production Networks and Global Value Chains.
